Just needed a quick re-key. The guy showed up on time, charged me exactly what I was quoted, and he did it all with a smile and some friendly chit-chat. I also got 5 free keys! I’d call these guys again.

He helped me change a keypad only lock (the previous owners left with the master passcode) and install a new lock (the previous owners took the deck lock). Locked in Vancouver. Simple, locked out of my bedroom, while staying at my sisters house in Vancouver. However, no keys and nothing would open the lock. Upfront about the cost, arrived at my house in a timely manner, and conducted themselves professionally (provided ID and business license when I asked–without putting up a fuss). The gentleman was able to get me into my house in less than 2 minutes without damaging the lock! Very impressed!

Finally: an honest locksmith! Terry took great care in installing our new deadbolt and adjusted the fit to match the frame of our door – he was on time, gave an upfront quote, and explained the replacement lock was more expensive but required. Honesty like this is hard to come by. Terry is quick and his prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend for any locksmithing services in Vancouver
