Michael was great. I called him to come to my new place to re-key the locks and create a padlock. Upon consultation and with tips and advice, he quickly took care of everything relative to my situation at a reasonable price. I have used Mr. Locksmith in West Vancouver and Downtown. They are efficient, knowledgeable and fair. I recently used the service at 555 West Hastings and cannot recommend Mr. Locksmith highly enough. He helped me change a keypad only lock (the previous owners left with the master passcode) and install a new lock (the previous owners took the deck lock). He knows what he is doing, arrives on time, and has what he needs to do the job. Highly recommended.
